Download the app, register, and request a visit. Most VirtualCare doctor visits are similar to an office visit. Expect a typical appointment to last between 15-20 minutes.
Can my virtual provider write a prescription?
Yes. Your provider will be able to electronically submit a prescription to the pharmacy you select.
Does VirtualCare use Apple’s FaceTime functionality?
No, the app uses built-in video chat.
Is a virtual doctor visit ok for my child?
Yes. If your child (under the age of 18) is sick, you can schedule an appointment on their behalf. A parent or legal guardian must be present during the VirtualCare visit.
